Paul just helped us on closing in on our first home! The whole process itself was a nightmare, between dealing with brokers, banks and other entities involving the housing market/process; however our realtor Paul Burrowes over at David Lyng was our only bright and positive being to deal with!! He was patient, understanding, diligent, persistent, consistent and just over all positive (all in one) while being strung along our 1 year journey in looking for a home. I would think it would be hard to find a realtor to be thoroughly genuine with his clients for a full year and just be totally understanding of us wanting to find the right home for us and not just another sale for him. Smart, intelligent and hard-working

Paul Burrowes was an essential part of making what seemed impossible, moving back to the Santa Cruz area, possible for me. He was the first to respond to an inquiry I made about a home and after I contacted him, he immediately asked questions and found more of the right properties for me to see. He was concerned about finding the right fit for me and never as some do, tried to push me into homes that were out of my price range or areas of choice. At the same time he always answered his phone and really got back to me right away if he was with another client. Paul went way beyond the call of duty many times, negotiating a sale while I was living out of state. He previewed homes with my son and sent on all the information. He made extra trips to pick up and turn in paperwork for me. He even arranged and facilitated repairs, such as new flooring so the place was ready for us to move into when we arrived tired from a move across the country. I would recommend him to anyone.
